Where are your products made?

Our jewellery products are hand created by Brooke George in Sawtell, New South Wales, Australia. The clothes we sell both in store and online are Australian designers. 

 

Do you only sell your jewellery online?

No, we sell both online and from our Sawtell store. We are in the process of uploading all of our stock online, however if you see something in our socials and can't find it on our website. Please reach out to our customer service team; brookegeorgeboutique@gmail.com.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do. When you get to checkout, simply add the coupon code: FREESHIP to your order. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service team at brookegeorgeboutique@gmail.com

 

Can I order online, make payment, then pick up from your store?

Absolutely! To ensure you don't miss out, we've now organised free local pickup available on our website. Simply choose your products and check out as per normal, then select 'pickup' under the shipping method. When you come into store, please provide us with your order confirmation number and bring photo identification.

 

Can you update me on the status on my order?

We endeavour to send out all online purchases within 1 - 2 business days. You should receive your tracking details within this timeframe. Please exclude public holidays. 

 

Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make adjustments on products or prices. Please ensure you check your details upon checkout to ensure accuracy. 

  

Why are my discount codes not working?

There is one discount coupon per transaction valid only. 

 

How can I purchase a gift card?

Currently, gift vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed in-store. 

 

What is your return/ exchange policy?

Due to hygienic requirements, we are unable to accept returned earrings for exchange or refund. 

 

You sent me the incorrect item, or it is damaged.

If the item you received was not the item you purchased, please take a photo within 5-7 business days from delivery and email our customer care team; brookegeorgeboutique@gmail.com
